Color Manager will allow WebMasters to select primary colors for their websites, and use Template Designer based rules to modify all color classes for a website.  Webmaster only needs to set the primary base color and rule type (using broadly accepting norms), the rest will be calulated to stay in hue, brightness and saturation ratio based on the rules setup by the template maker with some small adjustability granted to the WebMaster.
